FIRST-HAND READS

What people reported, in their own words. Every line links to where it was said.

• “I've gotten burned too many times by short term (as in, within months) abandonware through the gumroad sales channel. Dev gets bored, doesn't want to deal, download goes unavailable. So you buy it, get a new computer next month, and can't install it.”

• “I got banned from GumRoad for posting some articles to their "Article" section (not sure if they still have it or not) and accused of "spamming". When I asked their support what I'd done to spam they said I was banned because "Gumroad is not a place for posting articles" even though they literally had an Article section for you to post articles LOL. 100% if they can ban me for that then you and anyone else can get banned for any simple reason.”
