Content Repurposing Pack
Turn one finished long piece, such as a podcast transcript, a webinar or an article, into posts for each channel you use, clips to cut, a thread and a newsletter block. Every quote comes from the piece itself.
content repurposing · social media · podcast · webinar · clips · newsletter
Paste the transcript with its timestamps. The clip list is only useful if the editor can find each moment.

Act as a content producer for a small business. Turn the piece above into a pack of smaller pieces, each written for the place it will run.
Business [NAME, WHAT WE DO] · audience [WHO, AND WHAT THEY CARE ABOUT] · what the piece is [PODCAST / VIDEO / WEBINAR / ARTICLE] · where the full piece lives [URL, or NOT PUBLISHED YET] · channels I use [LINKEDIN / INSTAGRAM / X / FACEBOOK / TIKTOK / YOUTUBE SHORTS] · what I want people to do [ACTION] · tone [DESCRIBE]
Deliver:
1. The five strongest moments in the piece: each quoted word for word, with where it sits and why it stands on its own
2. One post for each channel I listed, written for that channel, each built on a different moment where the piece allows and ending with the action I named
3. Three short-video clips to cut: the start and end as the source gives them, the hook line, and the caption (for an article, write "no clips: the source is text")
4. One thread or carousel outline of five to seven parts
5. A newsletter block under 150 words that points to the full piece
6. A posting order across one week, with the reason for the order
Every quote, number and claim comes from the pasted piece, word for word where quoted. Add no statistic, story or example of your own, because a repurposed post is read as something we said. Use timestamps only if the source has them; without them, locate each moment by its opening words. Where a channel has a length limit, show the limit you used beside the post, since limits change and I will confirm them before posting.
Success means every piece traces to a quoted moment in the source, no two posts open the same way, and each post makes sense to someone who never saw the full piece.
Match the tone I specified above exactly; where I gave none, write plainly and warmly, the way a good operator talks to a customer: no corporate filler, no hedging phrases.
Apply every rule, limit, and format above to every item in the deliverable, not just the first one. Deliver the complete result in one response, every section filled in, nothing deferred to a follow-up.
If a required input is missing, ask for it once before starting; otherwise proceed and label any assumption you made.Notes: R54 build; tuned to vendor prompting guidance
Frequently Asked Questions
What does the Content Repurposing Pack prompt do?
Turn one finished long piece, such as a podcast transcript, a webinar or an article, into posts for each channel you use, clips to cut, a thread and a newsletter block. Every quote comes from the piece itself.
Which AI models is this prompt written for?
Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. Each one gets its own version up top, written the way that vendor says to prompt its own model. Pick the tab that matches yours.
Do I need a paid AI account to use this prompt?
No. This prompt is written to run on the free tier of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. Paid tiers simply give you longer context windows and faster responses.
Can I customize this prompt for my business?
Yes. Any text inside square brackets is a placeholder you replace with your own business details, such as company name, audience, product or tone. You can also ask the AI to adjust format, length or style after the first output.
When was this prompt last checked?
The date is on each version up top. We check every prompt in full every month, and when a major new model lands we rewrite the prompt for it. One glance tells you how current it is before you paste.
