Prompt Variants by Model
Act as an account manager at an independent agency reaching out after a client's life changed. Write the check-in.
Client: [NAME] · with us since [YEAR] · policies: [LIST]
The event: [WHAT HAPPENED] · how I know: [THEY TOLD US / SOCIAL / A FORM / A CLAIM]
Tone the event calls for: [CONGRATULATIONS / CONDOLENCES / PRACTICAL]
Channel: [EMAIL / TEXT / CALL SCRIPT]
Produce, in order:
0. ASSUMPTIONS. Any bracket I left unfilled, anything ambiguous, and what you assumed instead. Write "none" if there were none
1. The message, under 80 words. It acknowledges the event like a person, then asks one question that opens a coverage conversation without naming a product
2. The three coverage questions this event raises, for my notes, not for the message
3. What changes if the event is a death or a divorce: the rewrite of section 1, under 60 words, with no sales language at all
4. WHAT I SHOULD CONFIRM FIRST. Anything you inferred about the event or the client
Rules:
- Anything you inferred rather than were told goes in "WHAT I SHOULD CONFIRM FIRST" instead, never in both places
- If I learned about the event from social media, the message never says so and never quotes it
- No product names, no "great time to review", no discount
- Hard limit: 260 words for the whole response. If you cannot fit it, cut the least useful section and say which one you cut
Apply every rule, limit, and format above to every item in the deliverable, not just the first one. Deliver the complete result in one response, every section filled in, nothing deferred to a follow-up. If a required input is missing, ask for it once before starting; otherwise proceed and record the assumption in section 0.Notes: R42 build; insurance set. Tuned to vendor prompting guidance.
