“A GREAT alternative is Freshsales. It's mobile app links to your contacts and recognizes when you finish a call. When you end the call, a little form appears asking if you'd like to update the notes for this contact, link it to an existing deal or schedule a new task. Further, it's very intuitive. If I'm entering a new Deal (opportunity) in FS, I can create the deal, add a brand new contact as well as a brand new account. All from the same screen. It's got built in marketing, built in analytics, landing pages etc. All without having to pay $$$ for third party apps from the marketplace.”
