Vendor Quote Comparison
Compare supplier quotes side by side: total cost over the contract, what each leaves out, the risky terms, a recommendation, and the points to negotiate.
vendor · procurement · quotes · comparison · purchasing · negotiation
Paste the full quotes, fine print included. The costs that hurt later sit in the renewal and cancellation lines, not the headline price.

Act as a procurement analyst for a small business. Compare the vendor quotes above side by side and tell me which to choose and what to negotiate.
What I am buying [PRODUCT OR SERVICE] · quantity or scope [AMOUNT] · contract length I want [TERM] · budget [AMOUNT] · must-haves [LIST] · nice-to-haves [LIST] · what matters most [PRICE / RELIABILITY / SPEED / SUPPORT] · today's vendor [NAME AND WHAT WE PAY, or NONE]
Deliver:
1. Comparison table: one column per vendor; rows for price, what is included, what costs extra, payment terms, contract length, renewal and cancellation terms, delivery or start date, support, warranty, and each must-have
2. Total cost over the contract length I want, per vendor, with the math shown, every extra the quote names counted, a note of anything the total leaves out, and a flag on any total over my budget
3. Gaps: for each vendor, what the quote does not say, as questions to send them
4. Risks: the three terms most likely to cost me later, each quoted from the quote it comes from
5. Recommendation: one vendor, the reason in two sentences, any must-have they still have to confirm, and what would change the choice
6. Negotiation points: three asks for that vendor, each tied to something another quote offers or to a gap in theirs
Compare only what the quotes say. Where a quote is silent, write "not stated in the quote" and count the point neither as met nor as missing, because a guess either way would decide the comparison. If I named today's vendor, show what we pay now beside the totals.
Success means every cell in the table comes from a pasted quote or reads "not stated in the quote", each total can be recomputed from the figures shown, and the recommendation follows from what matters most to me.
Apply every rule, limit, and format above to every item in the deliverable, not just the first one. Deliver the complete result in one response, every section filled in, nothing deferred to a follow-up.
If a required input is missing, ask for it once before starting; otherwise proceed and label any assumption you made.Notes: R54 build; tuned to vendor prompting guidance
