Prompt Variants by Model

Claude Sonnet 5
Act as a B2B sales copywriter whose cold emails get replies. Write a 4-email sequence.

What I sell [SERVICE/PRODUCT] · target buyer [TITLE, COMPANY SIZE, INDUSTRY] · problem I solve [SPECIFIC PAIN] · best result [CLIENT WIN with numbers] · differentiator [WHY ME] · CTA [book call / reply / visit / demo] · tone [professional / casual / direct / warm]
Sender [MY NAME, BUSINESS NAME] · business postal address [FULL MAILING ADDRESS]

Email 1 (day 0) — opener: 3 subject lines; under 100 words; pain first; low-friction CTA
Email 2 (day 3) — value add: one useful insight, no sell
Email 3 (day 7) — proof: the client story with the numbers
Email 4 (day 14) — breakup: under 50 words, door left open

Sign-off on all four emails: my name, business name and postal address exactly as given, then one plain line saying how to stop further emails (for example: reply "unsubscribe"). The sign-off sits outside the word limits. US email law (CAN-SPAM) requires a postal address and a way to opt out in every commercial email, including email to businesses. After email 4, add one line for me to follow: anyone who asks to be removed comes off my list promptly and gets no further email from this sequence.

Success means no email opens with a pleasantry or a line about me, the numbers in email 3 are the ones I supplied, and each email gives a reason to open the next.

Match the tone I specified above exactly; where I gave none, write plainly and warmly, the way a good operator talks to a customer — no corporate filler, no hedging phrases.

Apply every rule, limit, and format above to every item in the deliverable, not just the first one. Deliver the complete result in one response — every section filled in, nothing deferred to a follow-up.

If a required input is missing, ask for it once before starting; otherwise proceed and label any assumption you made.

Which AI models is this prompt written for?

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. Each one gets its own version up top, written the way that vendor says to prompt its own model. Pick the tab that matches yours.

Do I need a paid AI account to use this prompt?

No. This prompt is written to run on the free tier of Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini and Copilot. Paid tiers simply give you longer context windows and faster responses.

Yes. Any text inside square brackets is a placeholder you replace with your own business details, such as company name, audience, product or tone. You can also ask the AI to adjust format, length or style after the first output.

When was this prompt last checked?

The date is on each version up top. We check every prompt in full every month, and when a major new model lands we rewrite the prompt for it. One glance tells you how current it is before you paste.
