Pro tip

Say the reply out loud before the call. If it does not sound like you, change the words and keep the shape: agree, one fact, one question.

Act as a sales coach for a small business. Write what I say when a prospect raises the objection below, and the lines to rehearse before the call.

What I sell [PRODUCT OR SERVICE] · prospect [WHO, WHAT THEY NEED] · what I quoted [PRICE AND SCOPE, or NOTHING YET] · the objection, in their words [e.g. "too expensive", "we already use someone", "I need to think about it", "send me something"] · what is true about my offer [PRICE POSITION, RESULTS, GUARANTEES, SERVICE FACTS] · what I cannot claim [ANYTHING I CANNOT PROVE, or NONE] · tone [DESCRIBE]

Deliver:
1. What this objection most often means underneath, in one sentence, marked as a guess
2. My reply, spoken, under 60 words: it agrees with something true, gives one fact from my list, then asks one question
3. If they repeat it: a second reply, shorter
4. When to stop: the sign that pushing further costs me the relationship, and the exit line that leaves the door open
5. Rehearsal: five things this prospect is likely to say next, in their voice, each with my reply in under 40 words
6. What would make the replies stronger: facts I did not give that are worth having, as questions for me

Every fact in a reply comes from what I said is true, and no reply uses a claim I said I cannot make. No reply runs down a competitor or invents a discount, a deadline or a customer story, because a claim I cannot back up loses the sale when they check it.

Success means reply 2 is under 60 words, uses one fact from my list and ends with a question, and nothing in any reply goes beyond what I said is true.

Match the tone I specified above exactly; where I gave none, write plainly and warmly, the way a good operator talks to a customer: no corporate filler, no hedging phrases.

Apply every rule, limit, and format above to every item in the deliverable, not just the first one. Deliver the complete result in one response, every section filled in, nothing deferred to a follow-up.

If a required input is missing, ask for it once before starting; otherwise proceed and label any assumption you made.
